Hello and welcome to The Running Bee Foundation’s official #BeeactiveBeeHealthyBeeHappy week!
Over these last few weeks, our whole lives have been turned upside down and if we are honest, once we get out of this pandemic our lives will never be the same again.
Now, more than ever, being active, being healthy and being happy is paramount for our own mental health and wellbeing. Whether you’re in isolation or keeping the two meter social distancing rule can have such a strain on all of us, but please and I stress please make sure you do get out of the house to take part in some sort of physical exercise, walking, jogging, running or cycling. If you can’t get out of the house there are plenty of YouTube channels and Facebook groups all doing various types of exercise classes.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE GOVERNMENT AND YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES.
