The Running Bee Foundation Donates £5,000 to AgeUK

COVID-19 has effected everyone in many ways and so many vital services have been affected. But, the community spirit and positive stories have given us all the biggest lift, from the weekly NHS clap to the millions of pounds raised to support our amazing services.

The Running Bee Foundation thrives on helping to support local initiatives and recognises the area’s most in need. During this uncertain time, we donated £5000 to Age UK, across the areas the foundation’s events are held; Tameside, Manchester, Salford, Knowsley, and Preston.

Our support helped services such as creating, packaging, and delivering food hampers to vulnerable people and enabling the teams to make daily calls to check on the welfare of the elderly.

We want to say a huge thank you for everything they are doing to help the people most in need at this time!
