“We are running the Preston 10k for Parkinsons UK as it is an issue close to many people’s hearts including ours. One of the lads that are running the event with us was diagnosed last year with Parkinson’s and to show our support we decided this was the best option. We are not in peak performance however we have come together and trained as hard as possible by doing 5k park runs. We are going to push each other all the way to the end and get over the line no matter what “
