A message from MO the Bee and all of us at The Running Bee Foundation
As we head into the Easter weekend at this difficult time for us all, we should all remember that this Easter we must make sure we focus on doing the right thing.
Mo and the team at The Running Bee Foundation have been working hard this week promoting our first-ever national #BeeActiveBeeHealthyBeeHappy Awareness Week and we hope you have found the information we have shared to be helpful and inspiring.
Today, Mo would really like us all to start Easter by celebrating #BeeGoodFriday and do the right thing for your community!
- Stay Indoors
- If you go out please follow the Government and your local council guidelines
- Say Hi to the neighbours
- Phone friends and family
- Have an indoor or garden mini work out
- Please do not go out in groups to beauty spots or parks
Post on social with our #BeeGoodFriday hashtag
We should #BeeGood for;
- The NHS
- Doctors
- Nurses
- Paramedics
- Porters
- Cooks
- Teachers/Childminders
- Cleaners
- Refuse Collectors
- Shop keepers
- Shop assistants
- Police officers
- Firemen and women
- Ambulance men and women
Show them your support and show them that we are together.
At the Running Bee Foundation, we will continue to do the right thing and #BeeGood by our communities by donating £5000.00 this Easter across Manchester, Salford, Tameside, Preston and Knowsley to Age UK as demand for their vital services is increasing rapidly. Our older people desperately need us all during this crisis.
